Missed Pick Up:  If your weekly service has been missed due to inclement weather, your trash will be collected at your next regular service day.  We do understand that at that point we will be picking up 2 weeks’ worth of trash and that’s ok.

Dangerous Roads: We will resume routes as soon as road conditions (including back roads and driveways) are safe. Our number 1 priority is safety.

Additional Things to Think About: Besides the dangerous road conditions, other things also come into play when making the decision as to whether we are able to run routes:
1. County Closures: When the county closes the landfills, we are unable to run.
 2. Freezing Temperatures: Freezing temperatures are very hard on our equipment. They can cause mechanical and hydraulic failures.
